Holiday Inspiration Project for Wednesday Nov 30th

WOW  today is the LAST day of November.  Less than a month til Christmas.   How are you doing on your holiday preparations?   I have a way to go but not to worry-----I always manage to pull it all together by the afternoon of the 24th (we celebrate with our family that night here at our home)
Ok  enough chatter.    Todays holiday stamping inspiration project is a card I did last year.  It features a retired stamp set from Stampin Up but one of my favorite stamp sets of all time.   Hope  you like the card.

Holiday Inspiration Project for Monday Nov 28th

Todays project is another cute little winter treat.    It consists of 3 peppermint patties (the little variety) and lots of punchies.    Simple to put together, each pattie has a circle taped to it, and then the details are added.   3 to a package creates an adorable little snowman treat.    See you tomorrow with another Christmas stamping idea.    Happy Monday!

Holiday Inspiration Project for Sunday, Nov 27th

Todays project is one I did 2 years ago in a Holiday Stamp Camp.   It is a wine glass votive and is so simple to make,    The shade is made of vellum.  We stamped the trees with versamark and embossed with white embossing powder.   Working from the BACK SIDE, we masked a spot for hte moon and sponged with yellow ink.   Then we used the punched out circle and covered the yellow moon so we could sponge blue ink all over the rest of the shade.    Scalloped the bottom edge and poked a little hole in each scallop.  We added a pretty blue ribbon around the stem of the glass, and a couple glittered snowflakes.    DO NOT use with real candles, the little battery operated votives are much safer when working with paper.
See you tomorrow with another holiday stamping idea.

Today I am going to deviate a little from what I have been doing daily here in that I want to offer a special thank you to all of you who follow my blog and those that attend my classes at Hobby Lobby today on Thanksgiving Day.   It never ceases to amaze me how strangers come together to share our love of stamping and end up being dear friends.   How special is that!   So today I want to thank all of you whom I  have come to know because of our sharing of our hobby, and have come to love because you are so special.    Thank you, thank you,  thank you.  This one is for you!

Back tomorrow with another Holiday Stamping Inspiration.   Happy Thanksgiving to you all.

Holiday Inspiration Project for Monday Nov 21st

todays inspiration is a card I did last year with a Stampin Up set called Welcome Christmas.  This is the set that started my love of silhouette images.    Here ya go-------------
see you bright and early tomorrow morning with another holiday stamping idea.

Samples for Tuesday Nov 22nd Gift card/money holders class

Call or email me BEFORE NOON today to register for this class. Here are the items we will be making.
This gift package was copied from Marie Shaugnessys web site.  I changed some of the stamps but it is her design.  See below to view the inside.

This stocking ws inspired by one done by Glenda Mollet.    Isn't it cute?

This is my design.   I had a man in mind for this,  but this gift card/money holder could be used for anyone I think.

Isn't this just toooooo cute?    This was inspired by one done by Tammy Howell and numerouis other Stampin Up demos.     I just love this little guy.  I added some bells and used a different embossing folder but otherwise pretty much duplicated the ones I saw online.   Look below for a view of the inside.

Rudolph gift card holder inside.

This one was inspired by one done by Mercedes Weber.  I changed the basic color from red to burgundy since burgundy is one of my favorite colors.  I added holes in each of the scallops.       See next  picture for the back of the ornament.

another case. Case means copy and share everything. I used different stamps for this one, added the holly inside the card too. See picture below to view the inside.
